Freshness is key: lemon juice, parsley, mint, tomatoes, onion, pepper (I love pops of color), garlic, olive oil, s/p and of course couscous. I used combo of wheat and regular. Tiny chops are important and parsley tops only for best results (I have a chopper that makes this easier). Play with olive oil garlic and lemon to get the flavor you desire. Pop in fridge for a bit. Cover and it will continue to evolve.
