Grilled vegetables, it’s what’s left in the fridge. Tomatoes, squash, snap peas, onion, kale, peppers, potatoes in spanish olive oil, crushed red pepper, tjoes everything seasoning, sea salt and pepper. Fresh pretty and deliciously healthy. Great way to not let the veges go to waste and they held their flavor for over a week stored in a container.
