kickin’ sauces and dishes that sizzle with them

Two kinds of kickin’ sauces combined to make the ultimate sauce. Started out making chimichurri sauce for some flank steaks and then the next day made what was supposed to be ketchup but it turned out to be much more than that as a base sauce you can play around with. Combined the chimi and the kickin’ sauce, to make a new sauce. Blend and experiment is what I say!

Ended up using it for garlic fries, chimichurri steak and most recently turkey meatloaf. Many uses for this sauce to have around and it kicks ketchup to the curb with all that sugar.
