HAVE FUN...

I love to cook, but for me daily cooking can quickly become a chore. I try to make things that look good, taste good and are just good for you! But I don’t focus on perfection- creativity is messy and not perfect! I focus on what my family actually likes and will be open to try. It's important to enjoy what you are doing.

While recipes are a helpful tool, I feel they often limit our own creativity and we can get stuck in ruts based on other ideas, that are not ours. I look for concepts and combinations that can work for many different dishes and provide the most flexibility. If I use a recipe I’ll most likely change it or take 3-5 recipes and pick and choose what I like.

Your time matters. My kitchen often operates like an efficient machine. While I enjoy the process of creating, I don’t need to cook or be in the kitchen all day. So I look to products and methods will deliver consistent results. I’ve had a lot of products I thought were good, until I actually honed in and did some functional inventory. Pampered Chef has transformed my kitchen.
